Personalised Products

As our magnets are made-to-order with your personal photos, we cannot accept returns unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part. We take great care in production, but if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

What We Will Replace/Refund

  • Products damaged during shipping
  • Printing errors (wrong photo, poor print quality)
  • Missing items from your order
  • Products that don't match your approved proof

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and photos showing the issue
  3. We'll review your request within 24-48 hours
  4. If approved, we'll send a replacement or process a refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
